Returns policy

If the item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return request. Please ensure that the product is packed securely when returning it to avoid damage during transit.

REFUND AND CREDITS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds will be credited to your account, minus any applicable shipping fees.
  • Store Credit will be issued if you prefer to make another purchase.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

Some items may not be eligible for a return, including:
